If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will arrange

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify
you of the outcome of your refund request.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsable for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
